    C. Clark Webb is Founder and Managing Member of P10 Capital Management, LLC, Co-CEO of P10 Holdings, Inc., and Co-Founder and Principal of 210 Capital, LLC. Previously, Clark was Co-Portfolio Manager of the Lafayette Street Fund, a multi-billion dollar opportunistic equity strategy, and a Partner at Select Equity Group, L.P. Clark holds a BA from Princeton University (2003). Clark is currently Chairman of the Board of Elah Holdings, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Collaborative Imaging, LLC, and a director of Crossroads Systems, Inc. and Globalscape, Inc.

    Thomas Patrick Kelly serves as CFO for Vast.com, a venture-backed internet services company based in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Vast.com, Kelly was interim CFO for Panera Bread, leading all finance and accounting teams for the bakery-café company. Prior to joining Panera, Kelly was interim CFO for Hawker Beechcraft Corp., a Wichita, Kan. based aerospace manufacturing company. Before joining Hawker Beechcraft, he served as interim CEO at ExpressJet, a regional airline in Houston, Texas.

    Kelly has also held a number of senior financial positions at Vignette Corp., which was acquired by Open Text Corp.; Dell, Inc.; Trilogy Enterprises; Sabre Holdings; and American Airlines.

    Daryl Dulaney

    Daryl Dulaney is a corporate leader with more than 30 years of experience. Before retiring in the fall of 2014, he served as CEO of Siemens Infrastructure and Cities Sector for North America, a provider of sustainable technologies for metropolitan areas and their infrastructures. During that time, he also served as CEO of Siemens Industry, Inc., a position he held since October 2009. His career at Siemens Industry, Inc., spanned more than 18 years in various executive leadership positions. Prior to his time at Siemens, Dulaney served in various management positions for suppliers of building automation and process control products. Dulaney received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Ohio State University.

    Steven Sams

    Steven Sams is an accomplished technology and marketing strategist with nearly 34 years in executive and senior sales and operations roles at IBM. Sams most recently led the worldwide organization that supported IBM services sales through business partners as vice president of Global Channels, Alliances and Midmarket Services, for Global Technology Services.

    Prior to this, he started and led the Global Site and Facilities Services organization at IBM, a leader in designing and building highly resilient data centers and other mission critical facilities worldwide. His team’s designs are used in some of the largest data centers in the world. In 2007, Sams and his team launched Project Big Green, a billion dollar effort to make data centers worldwide more energy-efficient, cost-effective and greener overall. Prior to this nearly six year stint, he served in various corporate strategy and product management leadership roles.

    Sams is a graduate of the Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School. He also earned a master’s in Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a bachelor’s degree in General Sciences from McMaster University.
