Robert Alpert

    Robert Alpert is co-founder and principal of 210 Capital, LLC. He is also the Co-CEO and Chairman of the Board of P10 Holdings, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Crossroads Systems, Inc., a director of Elah Holdings, Inc., Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO of Globalscape, Inc. and a director of Collaborative Imaging, LLC. Prior to founding 210 Capital, Robert was the founder and portfolio manager of Atlas Capital Management, LP, a long-short strategy investment adviser from October 1995 to September 2015. Robert was responsible for the investments and operations of Atlas. Robert holds a BA from Princeton University (1987) and an MBA from Columbia University (1990).

    Robert Stewart

      Robert B. Stewart, Jr. serves as President of Acacia Research Corporation, an industry leader in patent licensing. Rob has been an executive at Acacia for nearly two decades, helping to deliver hundreds of millions of dollars of value to Acacia's patent partners. Rob received a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has extensive experience in intellectual property and patent licensing, as well as financial and public markets.

      Jeff Gehl

        Jeff Gehl is a Managing Partner and co-founder of RCP. He is responsible for leading RCP's client relations function and covering private equity fund managers in the Western United States. In addition, Jeff is a member of the Investment Committee and active as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 15 years. Prior to founding RCP, Jeff was involved in various stages of private equity including start-ups, turnarounds, and buyouts, where he had experience in both financing and senior operations. Jeff successfully founded and served as Chairman and CEO of MMI, a technical staffing company and acquired Big Ballot, Inc., a sports marketing firm. Jeff received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California's Entrepreneur Program, from which he received the 1989 "Entrepreneur of the Year" award.

        William "Fritz" Souder

          Fritz Souder is a Managing Partner and co-founder of RCP. Fritz is responsible for leading all operational functions of the Firm as well as RCP Advisory Services. Fritz is also a member of the Investment Committee and active as an Advisory Board member of various under lying funds. He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 20 years. Prior to founding RCP, Fritz worked for Marsh & Mclennan, where he directed their Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice throughout the Midwest Region. Fritz received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Fritz is an active member on numerous boards including the Salisbury School and The Western Golf Association/Evans Scholar Foundation.

          Jay Powers

            Jay Powers
            Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance

            A certified public accountant, Jay Powers is an accomplished finance leader with broad and deep experience at both domestic and international organizations in a variety of industries including manufacturing, power quality, and energy storage.

            Powers brings more than 30 years of finance, accounting, and operations experience to P10 Industries with a proven record of protecting assets, implementing new processes that lead to operational improvements, and succeeding in fast paced, change driven environments.

            Powers most recently served as CFO and vice president of Finance for Active Power, a manufacturer of flywheel energy storage products and modular infrastructure solutions, which was acquired by Piller USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Langley Holdings PLC in November 2016. Prior to Active Power, he served as senior vice president of Finance of the U.S. Windows and Doors division of PlyGem Industries. He has also served in executive finance and accounting roles at large multinational companies including Xerium Technologies, Invensys PLC (Powerware), and ABB.

            Powers received a bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the State of University of New York at Albany.

            Clark Webb

              C. Clark Webb is Founder and Managing Member of P10 Capital Management, LLC, Co-CEO of P10 Holdings, Inc., and Co-Founder and Principal of 210 Capital, LLC. Previously, Clark was Co-Portfolio Manager of the Lafayette Street Fund, a multi-billion dollar opportunistic equity strategy, and a Partner at Select Equity Group, L.P. Clark holds a BA from Princeton University (2003). Clark is currently Chairman of the Board of Elah Holdings, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Collaborative Imaging, LLC, and a director of Crossroads Systems, Inc. and Globalscape, Inc.
